Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our applications per device for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in our applications
• • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

When using our services, you agree to:

• • Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• • Not engage in any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activities
• • Respect the rights and privacy of other users

All content, features, and functionality of our applications, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Stellar Cartography and are protected by international copyright laws.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos used and displayed in our applications are registered and unregistered trademarks of Stellar Cartography. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without our prior written permission.

The materials on our applications are provided on an 'as is' basis. Stellar Cartography makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Stellar Cartography does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its applications or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to these applications.

In no event shall Stellar Cartography or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications, even if Stellar Cartography or a Stellar Cartography authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee that our applications will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to our applications, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue, or otherwise modify our applications at any time or for any reason without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using our services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
